I had stayed here for 1 month as a PG and I'm very disappointed from their service. They have shortage of bedsheets and pillow covers and many of them are torned. When you call them to change it, they mostly gave torn bedsheets and then they say we'll change it tomorrow and their tomorrow never comes. You have to tell them many times to change it. They have 5 floors and a lift too but they hardly use it, not even for customers. They don't wash the water cans, i have complained about it because i saw some little black worms in that can. They do have battery backup but as soon as the light cuts, they start the generator after some time. So basically everyone stays in dark for 5 to 10 mins. Their half of the rooms dont have any ventilation, Rooms have fake windows, they have walls behind them. My bathroom's exhaust was not working. After 15 days they have bought a new exhaust. All in all my experience was very bad.
Staff was good but in some rooms , facilities which are shown in advertisement , are not there. 1st room I got, there was no charging plug near bed and water supply was also very low. After complaint , they gave me new room, but there was no table and almirah, and even tv remote was available
Not recommended at all Very dirty rooms and bathroom. No cleaning. No power backup. No solution for your facing problems during your stay. Bathroom, bedsheets, blanket are too much dirty. Bathroom was not make cleaned even in 2 day stays on asking so many times. They just ensuring fake like " abhi krata hu" and this abhi didn't come in those 2 days.
Worst stay of my life.. no water availability.. lack of basic facilities.. reception no is not working .. u have run at your own for everything. Lazy staff. Stuck in room due lock issue. Enter in this hotel at your own risk.

Not so good experience as during the check out they took the mobile from our hand and they done the rating by their own from our mobile I think being a oyo customer we have the full right to rate the hotel on our own.... Terrible
The room was very genuine and at a very good price but need some improvement like leaking water from AC. Otherwise it's good to stay.
Nice rooms and nice location .. but hotel has to work on some points like on staff behavior and services... And the reception telephone is not wroking...
