My experience with this hotel was very poor, i have mentioned step by step points very I feel not to book hotel1. Hotel denied for check-in as price was low compared to him, later discussed then resolved.2. Check in given but room alloted at 4th floor which was very painful for me as they already have rooms vacant below that floor.3. Welcome kit I asked like soap, towel and lock for door they clearly denied to give.4. The condition of room was horrible as you can check in images attached.5. No water supply in taps 6. Bed was sounding like breaking below.7. Mosquitos was coming inside from space near AC left.I was not satisfied with this stay and now feeling why I booked this and becoming sleepy now as not sleep in night well.Requesting to initiate for refund if possible
Rates are genuine Location of hotel is good.. As it is market area and there are so many restaurant, food shops, non veg restaurants, fast food center and many more. But there is not generator for AC if lights goes off and fan speed is too low. AC works good. Rooms are clean (not high level of cleanliness) Overall nice experience

Overall hotel staff and hotel owner's behavior and conversation is good but room is not very good, you will get to see a lot of ants and cockroachs, cleanliness is also not very good, for 5-6 hours ok but not ok for all day and all night.
Not at all good place to stay more than a day or two. 1. Rooms too small. No almira, table in room. 2. Linens not clean. 3. No room service like daily cleaning and changing of linens. This will be done only if u ask. 4. Although breakfast included but never served. You have to ask for it and it take 1 hour to get it. No choice here as it was mentioned. There is no kitchen so hygiene is another issue. They serve in used plates , glasses due to this never had here. 5. Though staff was nice but they are not trained or professional. 6. Bathrooms also too small. 7. Wifi not detected in first floor room so no wifi. Also area has bad connectivity for airtel.
I stayed for 3 days in this hotel. The best part was the owner of the property. He is very good in nature and helpful too. This hotel is in main market(sector-62) but little bit inside from the main road. Nearest metro station is noida sector 62 metro station which is situated hardly 700m from this hotel.
Its a budget friendly place to spend a day or two if you are visiting Noida for business or pleasure & want to stay in budget with an AC room
