If you are planning to stay here, my suggestion is never ever book this hotel. This hotel is running by some goons. Pathetic experience, each of the staff are arrogant and rude. Poor facilities, Dirty bedsheets. We had to stay nearly 30 mins without lights as they had loadshedding. They hve no backup power supply. There are no windows in the rooms. Please avoid this hotel at any cost.

It's a nice hotel to stay ...And it's pretty nice for family and frnds ...BEST FOR COUPLE STAY

Very very bad service. They don't allow online booking. Only cash they need room rent is Rs1500 but no bill/invoice will be providing. My question is they charged Rs1500 with out gst bills how it's possible. Gst department should take legal action. #GST #IncomeTax #Hotel #kolkata #oyo

First its not a hotel its a lodge or guest house so dont expect hotel like comfort or service. Filthy rooms and corridor's full of cigarettes smoking smell. Uncleaned bedsheets. bathrooms full of pan gutka patches. I have booked the room via goibibo but denied checkin because of price being less than 1500. Dont book anywhere if price showing less than rs 1500. Even if you check-in at late night and price is less than rs 1500 for booking online they will deny check-in.

The manager has denied checkin on the confirmed booking from oyo and charged 350 extra for checkin to the hotel. The most disgusting part was the owner of the hotel proudly says there are more than 1000 such cases where customers face such instances from hotels and nothing could be done even if these are being escalated. Harrassing the customers like this is not at all acceptable where they also know that these escalations ends up with no resolution and they will do whatever they feel like

If you book on line portal I.e. Agoda , you are likely to be denied check in, even though, the Full payment may have been done. I reached to the Hotel at 09:00 p. m. and was denied check in even though full payment for two days stay was done. The executive was rude and only after additional payment check in was done. Further, the room was like cubicle without any window and thus suffocating as the gallery/ common area had cigarette smokes.It has no in house Kitchen .

Extremely odd hotel with unprofessional receptionist. I had to book and then I couldn't stay because they didn't allow early check-in even on additional charge. The property phone number mentioned on Google is of Oyo company and it created so much confusion because the company told that have unoccupied rooms. Never going to stay at an Oyo property and especially this one.

The receptionist is a cheat, I booked the hotel from Oyo app in rs. 865 and the receptionist asked rs. 1500 for check in. He said they don't follow Oyo 's rate, they have their own rate. Disgusting people. We faced so harassment today.
