The receptionist was a little off beat. He stared at us like it was the first time. Very unprofessional behaviour. Certain staffs were real good but just a few off. The room being attached to the gym, becomes irritating at times due to the sound.
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!! Very bad experience with the staff and management. No respect towards the travelers. They didn't process my refund. Had to leave my money as i had a flight to catch.
The hotel denied for oyo booking because oyo give booking in low price , hotel asking to cancel the booking and also ask to customer to give 1100 rupees for room . Untrained staff, rude behaviour, last tym cancellation , asking customers for extra money, most important room not cleaned as well. They destroying image of oyo . #oyoindia pls take an suitable action to this post.
The staff of this hotel was very good and polite ...i had booked this hotel with refernce to goibibo and i had paid online already .when i reached to hotel what i found that goibibo had not paid to the hotel i called customer care ..they were shifting me more than 2 km ...the situation were horrible and its raining outside ... i was so uncomfatable that time but staff of the hotel were kind he offer me to cancel the online booking and do the offline booking and i did that i get a room i did not knew the name of staff but i wanted to thank him ...my experience was overall good and from that day I do not trust hotel booking app
Pathetic experience ever ...bed. Sheet and rooms are full of dust there is no landline to call reception...owner upfrontly deny to change the bed sheets else asking to leave such a waste

Rooms are clean and tidy. Centrally located near Sector 7, Dwarka market. Food service is available and decent quality at a reasonable price.
