Very worst experience. Booked through MMT and they told us a story to double the booking cost to check in. Now a days people take different routes to earn money. Also we booked 5 rooms. They gave us 4 rooms out of which 3 rooms have cigarette smells with cigarette pieces and really unhygienic outside of the window and inside the restroom. Bad experience.
An awesome place to stay. Serene atmosphere. The staff here helped me for all in and out tasks. They were available 24/7. The original beauty of kerala is seen there in the early mornings. The hotel is neat and clean to the core. 24 hours hot water facility. A must visit for all going who wish to have a glimpse of hospitality.
They did not clean the room..also there were cigarette butts in the room, the bathroom was nasty.. and they also charged extra money [tth(tth]
The stay was really good. Especially for couples this will be a good place. Also the staffs behaviour was also good.
I was the first person to enter after renovation here Room is spacious I got the room for just 400 rupees An Ac room for that price was amazing .. That too with breakfast It's difficult to locate this if you're using map I have reported the same to maps Enjoy your stay
I will highly recommend this hotel to stay with your,friends or someone's Because neat and clean rooms are there very good staf behavior and most relavant hospitality these are you will never get from a budget hotel.
