Unfortunately this hotel does not advertise correct pricing. Thank god I was able to cancel free of charge. The owner said that the rooms go for minimum 1500 rupees per night, not any OYO listed prices so beware. I don't know how the rooms looked but the lobby was a bit run down. Staff was nice though.
Not sea facing and away from beach. Rooms big n furnished but not maintained as expected. Showers in bathrooms were clogged.

Worst checking experience. I booked the room over oyo and they need 800 Rs more at the front desk to checkin. Rooms are not maintained by professionals. When I enter the room on wall fan is places on the sofa. No soap, shampoo etc on the toilet Floor and wall is unclean like a local lodge. Do not book this place through oyo This place is not recommended.
I booked the hotel room for 4 days at 1000 per day cost from goibibo, but when I reached the hotel first of all no one was at the front desk. Had to to call many numbers written there to get the person. Then the guy at the frontdesk only knew Tamil. I had to take a help from my friend, and then I came to know he's demanding 400 extra per night to give the room. Honestly this gave me a view, the guy only cared about money.
This Hotel Partnership with OYO & other online Travel Booking Companies (Goibibo, Makemytrip, etc) is a sham! Receptionist guy is so rude! The Reception asks to pay extra 500 even after booking & paying 100% online!! I see many customers having complained of this regardless of this fact the online travel companies continue to host this hotel on their website & collect charges for booking! Glad I didn't accept to pay extra and stay at such a horrible place.
Very worst experience at this place, room provided by OYO, during check in, they asking extra amount of Rs. 800 and early check in also not allowed, please don't book the rooms from OYO at all over chennai city, better to go direct booking.
Location is Good. Service is very poor. Most frustrating point is THEY COLLECT ADDITIONAL AMOUNT of Rs.750/- in addition to the amount we have already remitted to OYO. THIS WILL SPOIL THE REPUTATION OF OYO.
