Room's not proper clean and room is very service not good

I went there for one of my colleague's function. Pathetic service, lighting was not up to the mark, staff was untidy, food was cold. Salad served once and then no refill.. Bad experience...

worst oyo i have ever seen. very irresponsible staff. the lift of the hotel was not working. i had to take my luggage three floors. when i reached third floor the room was in a very bad shape. everywhere dust, uncleaned bed sheet with lots of stains. i didn't even sit there and started looking for another hotel

Geyser was not working. No soap. No tv. One good thing receptionist gave me water bottle. On bedsheets there were too many hairs of girl. Bucket was broken.

The hotel location is easy to find but the problem is with their reservation staff who make bookings. First when you check-in in hotel staff is good to help you out but when you enter the room you will see the reality that rooms are not as seen in application images, overall rooms are okay to stay. The real thing starts when you come to reception for checkout,at reception they make smooth checkout but if you made the booking through online application then they take your mobile and rate their hotel 5 star in every segment to get more bookings from application. This is the only worst part which I didn't liked about them.

It could deserve a 5 star rating if they provide better ladder to land from highway to hotel (during this on going construction work). They provided low quality ladder and they often removed it, seemed like they were afraid of losing ladder more than losing customers. Hospitality was not ptofessional. House keeping and service boy once told me to adjust in plate because bowl was not available, although he gave bowl after insisting. At one small area (5 inch) beside bed, wall-paint is coming off.

Extremely bad experience. The room was not at all an OYO standard room. The door lock was not working properly from inside the room. The water connection to the flush was faulty. The bed sheet was stained. The phone in the room was disconnected. On complaining, firstly they resisted and then changed the room, the new room was just a bit ok. In the new room, TV did not work, neither the wi-fi worked. The call from room telephone to reception went unanswered multiple times. Oyo customer service calls (twice) were pout on hold for senior person to come on call, went on long hold and then got disconnection. No call back received to even understand what is happening. Pathetic state.
