Flagship 82043 Nimalan Residency - Hotel in Chennai - Chengalpattu, India

One of the worst OYO rooms available. We booked a room in this place in the evening. We kept our belongings in the room and took the room key with us. At midnight we lost the keys and thought that there would be a spare key with them. At 2AM we searched for the keys in the place we had gone and without luck came back to the hotel. The receptionist said that the main key is already lost and this is the spare key and also the last one. At 3 AM we were standing there and asking for an alternative but didn't receive any support from the hotel side but they didn't give it. The next morning we asked them to make a duplicate key and also we told them that we will arrange for a guy to make a duplicate key but they denied and told that they will arrange a guy from their side. That guy came late and also didn't make a duplicate key even after 4 hrs of work. At last he broke the key lock and opened the room. The walls of the was not even having bricks instead it had cardboard which was weak. They asked for 10k for doing this. But I can't understand why they didn't make a duplicate key even after loosing the first key. It was their mistake at first but told that we were totally responsible for that incident. Atlast they asked 7k from us and we opted to pay to the owner's account but he told to pay to his account. I know they are cheating us but we can't do anything at that time. So kindly don't go there because the service is too bad.

please read my review completely before booking. i booked mahi stays kovilambakkam chennai for attending an exam in ion digital zone,along with my brother . i payed complete amount after booking. i reached the hotel after 1pm and asked the staff about my room.they told me that i only booked the room with partial payment and i have to pay extra 50 % of the already paid amount. they told the amount i paid was only the oyo commission and it is not the room amount. since i reached after 12pm and paid some money earlier i couldnot cancel the room and i paid the extra amount and checked in.after entering the room we found that the bedsheet had dirt and stained i told them we wouldnt stay if they dont replace the bedsheet and the replaced with another sheet which also contained some dirt. we agreed to adjust and after some time we found some of the plugpoints were not working and tv is not working. we disnt went there to watch tv byt the facility that they say which they provide is not provided. the bathrooms are not good. under the bed we found food waste and half burnt cigrattes. they didnt even swept the flooring before checking in. there is no wifi connection that they mentioned in oyo app. they also turn off power supply at 3am. i work up at 3 am sweating and i had to go down and contact the staff to turn the power back on. then after checking out the staff ask for a 3 digit code for checking out since we didnt got any code they asked for my mobile and tried to rate the app five star but i handled to get back my mobile without posting the review. this is a honest review. please check google reviews also before booking mahi stays. this is my worst ever hotel experience in oyo app. so please dont book this hotel. iam going to mail oyo to remove this hotel from the oyo app. this kind of hotel dont deserve to be provide service.

Worst stay ever in my life, staff doesn't know the meaning of hospitality. Rooms are not clean, bedspreads are dirty, when we asked the staff to change the bedspread he was not okay with changing bed spreads, also the staff was boozing while we entering the property. Worst nightmare ever.on top of all these they they wanted us to pay more. Don't every think of booking this property again.

worst oyo room I ever used. No hygiene. At the time of check-in we were informed about early check-out which is unexpected. Staff were not friendly. They were not happy when I said it was online payment. They made me wait for so long while check-in. No table inside the room. Room key was not provided. Rest rooms were not clean. I had to call the staff to clean the garbage. No hot water and no wifi.. The list continues. It felt like a average student hostel than Oyo. Hightime for Oyo to do a site visit before listing in their app.

please don't be fooled by the reviews you see on oyo check their google reviews. the owner makes you give 5 star. i stood there for half an hour for the room to get ready. he asked me to wait 5 mins so the lady upstairs could clean it. after half an hour the supposedly lady came in her two wheeler to actually clean the room upstairs. the guy was simply ghosting us by making us stay downstairs while he waited upstairs waiting for the cleaning lady

I already booked AC rooms through Oyo app but hotel people asked Rs 1500 extra saying that AC rooms cost extra(As it was almost late night and I won't get any more Oyo around so I had to give). The location is very remote and no proper food store or restaurant nearby. The rooms are very congested. Bathroom was very dirty. No drinking water, had to buy water bottles from outside.

Worst experience ever... Oyo is scamming peopleNothing..I had like worst experience with OYO.. please remove their properties from Booking.com. Once I reached, property owner declined room on price mentioned. I called oyo and they said we are shifting you to different property. I went to other property and surprisingly got same answer. nnDue to this i need to book other hotel immediately. Oyo is not at all helpful and they are declining my refund also.

Very dirty room. Bathroom is also not clean. In Oyo app room price is showing Rs 493 ( with AC) but the hotel staff has given us the room at Rs 1000 ( without Ac)
