Not so good. We booked room with triple occupancy but they don't have those rooms available. They didnot have RO water in hotel. Soaps and towel was provided after 6-7 reminders. No remote for ac. They turned off power supply whole night to save electricity cost of AC.
I stay there for two days, and my experience was good in this hotel. Staff behaviour was good, they provide us everything what we ask to them. Second day we ask them for normal water but they provide us mineral water without any cost.
Extremely disappointed with the service.
I booked this hotel through Agoda.
They denied check in.moreover they didn't responded to the Agoda representative and we have to look for another hotel in the odd hours.
In front of us they allowed one college couple without any check in process .
