Loved It In the Budget Range it's Very Good Hotel to stay. Everything was good and no issues at checking in or checking out. Rooms are clean & with good lighting. Room size is enought for staying 2-3 People and even 4 persons can easily stay. King size bed are Available in which easily 3 people can sleep. We were 3 people and thought we'll be in need of mattress, but we easily managed to sleep in King Size bed.
Except for the Staff, all other details can be overlooked. The attitude of the staff if not checked and kept under control, this Hotel will very soon see its end of business !! Staff are rude to the core ( except Security Guard). Complimentary Water Bottle was charged. Any individual who believes in self respect will never visit this property again. There are better Hotels in close proximity to the Railway Station.
I've paid for lunch through Oyo app. But they didn't provided. Hotel management team told me ask Oyo to provide.
Overall Room was good. Neat & clean
Rooms are ok, spacious. 1k is definitely worth it, provided we check-in at 12pm then check out by next day same time. Lift is available. Just 10 mins walk from the railway station, that's convenient after long journey from Bengaluru felt like taking a small walk..!
Giving 2 stars for below inconveniences/experiences:
TV is there but doesn't work. Door lock was damaged couldn't lock it when planned to go out, had to inform to front desk to take care of our luggage until we return. We were told wifi is available but was not available. It showed as breakfast available, but it was not provided only because we checked in early morning around 5 am informed to check out by evening 5 pm. We had to pay 500 extra for early morning checkin.
Nearby there was a pure veg restaurant that was great..!
Below average hotel and not good for family to stay. There is no restaurant at this hotel. Not cleaning the rooms until we vacate it. We booked non smoking room but we got smoking room
We had a very bad experience with the receptionist, we booked 8 rooms a week before the arrival when arriving at the OYO he said the room are not available. I don't recommend staying in this particular OYO.
Cleanliness is main problem we can face in most of the hotels. So nothing new unless you pay exhorbitant price to avail facilities.
