Nothing is good except its location. Poor management, poor quality and poor service. Room is very dirty. Blanket and Pillows are very dirty blackish type. When asked to replace the same, they only changed the cover, that too was dirty. Asked to clean the room several time, but no cleaning done. Room was is same condition as last checked out person had left. Toilet is very dirty and it smells very bad. Only good thing is that ot does have AC and lift facility.
Pathetic experience. Rooms were dirty even after continuous follow-up for changing the room, they are saying that due to low quality water supply their rooms are not up to the mark. Such an idiotic response from a hotel under OYO property is not acceptable. I won't recommend it to anyone.
New staff behavior was very rude and nonsense. They have not proper training how to talk with the guest and manage the hotel.ther is no maintainance of the room. Washroom bedsheets everything is very dirty . This is only because of the new staff . They soon destroy the hotel

Very bad stay experience. ILL Mannered receptionist. No Proper Sanitation. They just allocate any room and say that ki Bhaiya abhi to mere paas yahi hai. Filthy Bathrooms...they have just posted pictures of good Bathrooms.
Rooms are clean but the bedsheets need to be changed if they get dirt marks. And a kitchen must be added with bakery and water bottles at least. Location wise Sonal Inn is very good

I got a call from this hotel on my booking day it was worst experience they are thuugs totally a person name AMREEN JAHAN has took my amount and now he is not picking up the phone .property owner denied to give room .
I am fighting with Oyo for the same worst hotel I ever get in my life .

Worst Hotel. Location is very bad, convence is not available near hotel. I book free breakfast but kitchen is not working. Rat me khane ke liye 2km jana padta tha. Room is very bad, T. V is not working. Payment receipt ke liye do dino tak fight karna pada. Dont cheat to public.
Room is Good but there are no secure parking space for your vehicle. Room cleanliness is average, basic things like hand wash and tissue is not provided.
they need more cleaning.other thing is good like ac fan tv are in working conditions.
