Flagship 74230 Hotel Madhurapuri - Hotel in Kozhikode - Kozhikode, India

Me and my family reached their after traveling for 10 hours and in few minutes two rooms were assigned to us. But while we entered to our room arena we came to know that this was an apartment with three rooms and a common hall. And moreover common hall door can't be locked which made us discomfort. And even they had a comfortable staircase, we had to use a congested staircase for reaching second floor with our kids. When we opened room their was smell of cigarate and got some used cigarate pieces in bathroom. Main issue was when we were going to sleep we noticed that bed sheet was full of hairs and pillow covers were also untidy. Am sure that they have not changed the sheets and pillow covers when the previous guests vacated. When we raised this concern they came to room after 20mins and changed the covers but that were also untidy.And when we are staying with family we should have some privacy and security l, but here it was not guaranteed because at midnight one couple were assigned to the third room and this was not communicated from hotel reception side. And we have got only one AC remote for two rooms which was an insane. We booked this room due being listed in OYO but this hotel is totally a waste to stay with family and not worthy for Rs1500 per room. Please try to book any other hotel if you are with your family.

Please don't book through oyo they will reject your booking at the time of check in We can't rely on them you will be in the middle of road in the midnight. They will say rooms through oyo rate are not available, you have to pay higher charge for accommodation.

Unpleasant experience while booking a room in the Madhurapuri Hotel, Kuthiravattom, Calicut. While we are searching for a booking online in the above mentioned hotel, they first showed a confirm booking so we reached in the hostel at the earliest but after reaching with my family the receptionist told the booking is already completed for the next two days (30 Apr 23 & 01 May 23). After transiting this much distance it was an uncomfortable incident for me and my family. Note: - Let the customers get an acknowledgement online about the availability. Behaviour of the hotel receptionist is dis comforting.

Not too good they don't have suprete room three room in one hall like our house 3 bhk they have supreted and giving and in oyo one rate and hote another rate don't trust oyo and go there it will not make u happy they are telling not accept oyo and they are making more offer in oyo very bad attitude and bad room i have ever seen

It's a 3 bedroom apartment with living area & dining area, clean& safe, highly recommended for those who are traveling with families

I'll explain my experience, I booked here a room for a one night through goibibo Rs 841, and my booking is confirmed, when I reached the hotel they asked more money extra 400, the receptionist failed to explain the why extra charges and why they list Rs 841 in goibibo, he just say blah blah, and i contacted the goibibo they refunded my money, again i booked a room from the reception as their current price, because i reached there after night 11 o clock, i got the room on 3rd floor, no lift or something to reach 3rd floor and they mentioned WiFi available after checking they told me that wifi not available on the 3rd floor and no compliment drinking water they'll charge 20 per bottle, please don't book here through any online apps or website and I'm sure the room and the service is not worth for 1300, you guys will get somany rooms better than madhurapuri in Calicut

Worst Experience ever, Rates differ from rates in site (Oyo, agoda, etc), Even if Amount settled in site in advance, You still have to pay approx. Rs500 per day. Also Rooms are very conjusted, Rooms are not individual, There are 3 rooms in each flat(3BHK). And each room is booked separately. No privacy. Also the service from the staff is not at all hospitable/satisfactory.

The Worst service ever had on 18.02.2023. Staff was very Rude, They charged an extra amount of 500 but in oyo it only show 800 for Rooms. At last waiting of half an hour i cancelled the booking and went to another hotel. Such a waste hotel. Don't ever book this hotel
