I'm booking before two days,and check in time hotel told me is room not available,and I'm already pay full payment but hotel management not provide any room ,and Oyo not refund my payment, very bed experience
the hotel staff who collected the payment for the room asked that room is facilitated with properly working geiser but he lied as the geiser in the room was not even started then we requested the staff to arrange for warm water but they denied and i have to bath with cold water so it was a bad experience... please refund my amount or compensate

The stay was very nice. The services were good. The owner was very supportive and the people were cooperative. The amenities were not that good but, they told us they will fix amenities soon maybe it is fixed now.
