Flagship 7 Div Guest House Near City Centre Salt Lake - Hotel in Kolkata - 24 Paraganas North, India

Stayed at this place 4 days back on my way to Sundarbans. Had chosen this place based on online reviews but seems most are paid ones! It's a private duplex property converted to a commercial one. Very difficult to get and with no proper signage or lighting. The front desk person Mr Chandan is uncivilized, rude and doesn't know how to behave with customers. Such persons should not be allowed in the hospitality sector. Other boys are bit ok. The bedsheets are dirty and torn at multiple places ( I have the photographs of the same). Food quality is too bad and costly. A very very bad experience with this place....must be avoided. Please don't go by the paid positive reviews.

Again check-in delayed due to problem with Oyo. The staffs are very helpful. No disturbance rooms. Clean and we maintained guesthouse. There is always someone at reception if you need anything. Window AC installed in the room can get quite cold. The bathrooms are very clean and separate section for bath and lavatory.

The hotel is very bad. The hotel is not running under OYO. its under private management. The owner and the staffs are nor et all trainned. There is not enough staffs. The hotel is not cleaned, rooms are nor good, not maintained WiFi not works, TV does not work, bathrooms are not cleaned. There is no flooding facilities. And they won't allow food from outside. Very bad quality food you have to have with high price. The hotel is not maintaining the OYO grade. The staffs and Owner are not well behaved. There is no privacy concerns. Very bad experienced I ever had. Please do not refer this hotel.

Just no! Can't even explain my experience just don't go!

Did not even feel like taking photos. Nasty smell, as if living in someone's dirty washroom. How can any OYO be this bad? Stray dogs even won't come in. Staff are way much rude. Worst place ever had my night, left in early morning only.

Do Read : Initially , I had a booking with Oyo 16495 (Kolkata Inn )where I was denied entry by the staffs because I had paid online (Partly, Considerable sum was required to be paid in cash) and I was ready to pay in cash the amount paid online bearing the loss ( considering the time) . But a couple who probably had setting with the staffs were allowed to check in instead of me (That was at about 12.30 am . I was literally asked to leave by the staffs , threatened ( I guess Shantanu was the name of the staff) and when I narrated the entire scenario to Oyo, They got me booking my booking shifted at Saa who around 1.30 am let me in with such enthusiasm as if they were waiting to host me . Superb people all around (Amit who was the cook) and the receptionist , indeed very polite . 2 days of stay and the cook accompanied me to medicine shop and general store and even got me stuffs that I required . I would definitely recommend a stay here (Enjoy the hospitality ) . <br/>P. S : If using uber please enter Jibran Manzil as location .<br/>5 stars.

It's a residential place and they are just trying to fulfill it. But the staffs are good in behaviour. If you are looking for Hotels with proper professional services and feelings like Hotel then its not for you.

It's house not hotel, they have few rooms adjusted for business, bad location, they make the food in the house kitchen beside your room, booked it seeing all these good reviews now I guess all are paid reviews, it was the most awful hotel I have ever been. Simply nightmare.
