Asking too much money after I booked in Oyo don't go there

Don't fall for any price online. Please call them directly if you really need to stay some where close to the airport. I had booked online as cheap rate but seeing the review after booking I wasn't so sure. I finally got through to the manger and he shared a different price on the phone and he did not care for my booking. He pretty much said cancel it online or pay what we tell you. OYO was always known to bad, shocking that they haven't improved at all.

Room experienceThe location of the property. Easily accessible to all the place. Room is good for couples. Not for solo persons the room which i got is bad.Room is good but the staff behaviour is very bad even I paid the full amount online they are asking for extra cash to me and telling Oyo and booking people are like tht they will give discounted rates like tht in Friday their room amount is high. My actual checking time was at 12pm and even after reaching at the property at 8pm they didn't given me room to stay until I pay the extra amount in cash to them. This is not fair only after 45mins after contacting customer care only they have given me room. The room which they have given is very poor there where small cockroaches and all all other facilities is gud. And even in vaccating time they are asking for my mobile to give them 5 star rating. They are forcing me to do like tht. This is bad it's not the way they need to behave to customers.

Overall experienceThe room had cockroaches in it and the bathroom flush wasn't working. The guy at the reception demanded extra money than what was shown at the booking.com site. He was very rude and couldn't provide us with the most basic requirements. And when we denied the extra money he was demanding,he asked to reach out to the Oyo people and make us relocate to some other hotel. The overall experience was very terrible. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

After I booked on the oyo app for 650rs on offer I paid I got confirmation message for check in. When I visited this place for check in the person at desk told me you don't get a room for that price. And demanding an extra amount of 550rs. Bad experience. I don't know why oyo is showing that offer when they can offer the service correctly I request oyo to close this type of useless business.

Here also the same problem arised in Oyo they have 419 rs for two guest and wen I went for check in they asked me for extra 400rs to give me access to my room . Why Oyo dealing with the partners like this . They dnt have any parking I have to park my car on road and police have fined my car for 1000rs . Totally I had lost 1800rs for 5hrs of my stay . Oyo you dng a grate service if you people continue like this your company will close soon .search for good partners not the partners like I faced for my last two stays paying high amounts for this type of rooms is not worthy I can stay in best hotels for 2000rs and my car also will get safe parking . Bangalore Sri Sai guru comforts is a big fraud hotel please no one visit that hotel

Manager asked to cancel Oyo booking and pay 2x more price to get the room. We reached late at night and I was with family so had to accept. No staff at night to prepare the mattress for 3rd person we added in our room. Rude people. Don't book

No Hotel adhere's to OYO price tag.., most of the hotels denied check-in. When tried to escalate the issue with OYO, and it can't do anything. Except suggests us to book another hotel, same thing repeats for second time and even then Oyo does nothing. To check-in the Hotel charges additional payment varying from 500 to 1500. And the hotel ppl even denies to give the invoice for additional payment.
