I had the most outrageous and disgusting stay in this hotel. I'd like to tell why. Please read on. This might save you 1000 bucks at least. Thank me later. Firstly, we had to wait about 40 minutes to get into the room. on reaching there, we were informed that there was no network available and so, no WiFi service would be provided. Next, we found out that fresh toiletries were not there in the washroom and also that the flush was broken. We ordered food at 2:30pm post check-in and after repeated calls to the reception, we found out that the order was finally placed at 4:11 pm sharp. We waited till 5pm to get our bloody lunch as outside food was not allowed in the premises. We stopped taking any other services from the hotel and cancelled our food order finally at 5pm as the food still hadn't arrived and had to look for food elsewhere. There was an absolutely stupid woman working as a receptionist who couldn't listen to and follow one instruction properly to save her life. She took 15mins to understand what I was saying over the phone and then ignored it completely. The AC remote batteries weren't functional and when it did work, the AC started dripping water. The TV's DTH was not recharged. So, we couldn't even use it. The breakfast we paid almost 100INR for, had cold bread and Puri sabzi. On asking to get it toasted, the person said and I quote "Yahan aise hi milta hai". I was surprised at the pride he showed for serving cold food early in the morning after a horrible stay there. All in all, it was the worst hotel booking experience I've had in years. I should probably sue Oyo for providing such horrendous service. Thank you.

This was the most horrible room I have stayed till date. The staff was unfriendly as if the rooms were provided for free. We changed 3 rooms due to multiple issues. The rooms were filled with mosquitoes, doors were jammed, no hot water, electricity issues, TV with nothing to watch, no wifi, water leaking throughout the day and worst of all, there were worms in out dustbin which they cleaned after we complained. The rooms were overall unclean. We planned to stay there for 2 nights but looking at the room, we left in a day. I would never recommend this room to anyone.

This was my first stay in oyo and I have taken a right decision. As it is near to every place. Best part of this oyo that it is located in a decent area. You dont have any noise of vehicles as you feel like home away from home. They have their own parking lot. No worries about the vehicles. Its near JSS College so you can often see crowd students hanging out there. Late Vishnuvardhan's grave is located here. The staffs are very decent and take care guests well I gave 4 star because it would be better to keep toothpaste as we have to walk miles to get it if somebody does not bring it. This is a negligible thing but a friendly suggestion.

Nice and clean rooms. Stay was very good. But the service was very late everytime when I call reception for some room service or food they took hours together to get back to me.

The rooms are well architectured but the fact that an Oyo doesn't have television cable, no water and most importantly no value for it's guests, why would you ever go to a hotel like this? The price is really affordable but I will never recommend anyone to this place

Need to improve the service quality. Mosquitoes in the room, did not listen to the request for providing mosquito mat. Breakfast is ok service very poor. Location is good

Hotel is nice, but having small small issues like, tap/jet not working fine, room keys are lost, ac not working that good. Otherwise nice breakfast, charges, location and cleanliness. These are good.

Very poor service. The service boys were very rude. Water didn't come in the washrooms. Free breakfast was quite senseless. Very bad hotel. If u have to stay in that city, look for other hotels
