Never book this hotel from OYO. They won't allow you to check in if you have paid online on OYO app. They would force you to cancel the booking and then ask you to pay cash. Room is small but good. TV is there but with no DTH subscription pack. Wifi is there. No breakfast included. Ratings are high becoz they cleverly ask you for your phone and rate themselves.
Never ever book this guest house ...I'm not even interested in giving single star also ...me and my friends booked this guest on make my trip and we reached the guest house at night 11:45pm we continuously rang the calling bell because the gates were closed a person was sleeping in front of the gate was a watchman he woke up but not even bothered about us and simply he said there were no rooms, we told him that we booked the room online and paid money..still he not even opened the gate and were outside the gate till 1:00 am and there is no response ..as there is no other chance at that time we quit the place and we booked a room in other hotel at 3 am ..I kindly request you to don't choose such irresponsible hotels which won't bother about customer safety and security
Totally Wrost, Oyo app shows another price and hotel owner said that you will have to cancel the booking and again book as per my direction. And not help by OYo customer care nor hotel owner
Location is good, near to sarnath site n museum. Pillow and blankets provided were not clean. Staff there were saying this is what their owner has provided.
They don't knw how to talk to costumer. And they told me that for couples it's not that safe and police take round of rooms too.
