The staffs are very slow, the room was not that clean, had to change the room. Stayed here on a official tour. The towels and room amenities are ok.over all ok.

Never book this. Never ever. Had done a corporate booking there but was denied entry or check in as their card machine was not working. I even had a good discussion with the seniors that I am here for 3 nights and you can collect the payment but all in vain. So had no other option but to look for a different stay. Coming to the property description, this is more of a so called couples tharki hotel. While I was kept waiting for 2+ hrs, I could see at least a dozen of couples checking in and out. So you can term this as a safe shady activity hotel. Couldn't get a chance to check the rooms as did not reach till that stage, but from the conversation on front desk, could make out that none of the people in the room were happy. And yes, not to mention, they are highly understaffed, probably only 1 or 2 bell boy for 50+ odd rooms. So the wait time for even a bottle of water would be from 15 to 20 mins, untill you are there for some fun activity and not to have a peaceful night stay. Rest you can explore more once you are there as I couldn't.

Two stars given by me is only towards the clean and well ventilated rooms and locality of this hotel. Otherwise the room service, cooperation from front desk is ridiculous. If you need your lunch at 2 pm, I'll advice you to place order atleast at 12.30. I requested to staff to clean my room on priority at 12.30 pm, I am still waiting at 3.30 for a room boy to get it done. I have never seen this type of lethargic attitude of any hotel staff. Sorry, I cannot not recommend this hotel to any one.

I stayed there with a friend and both of us felt that they are very welcoming. the service is good a bit slow though. rooms are spacious and clean. though toiletries were missing. overall not bad and I guess quite safe for woman.

Good place to stay and good locality too. The staff is also well mannered and know to do their job. The intercom was not working so had a trouble initially and they forgot to keep towels and keep drinking water so that was again a little trouble but when I went down and ask them the employee herself carried and came along with me. They won't allow outside food but one thing we noticed that they themselves order from Zomato and give to the people who stay their. Food is good and tasty but it is quite expensive. Would suggest to reduce the amount atleast little bit. For a normal lemonade they charge 100 bucks and only lunch I had a bill of 650rs . Hope they consider this and reduce the amount or else allow outside food .

This is a flagship Oyo. I visited this place twice. The rooms are average. AC was not working. Didnt complain about it as it was not the major concern at that time. :) Location is easily accessible. Calm n quiet place . Afterall it's the best place for couples. Enjoy your stay .

The only best oyo in navi Mumbai (Flagship). Always the best price offered in booking. Rooms are always clean and neat. Bed and linen is always clean. Washroom is kept clean. Dustbin is always cleaned before we check in. Staff is very cooperative and good to talk nature and also humble helpful. All the rooms are well maintained including furnitures.

Everything was good. Rooms are spacious and hygienic! If you have your own vehicle, you will appreciate the parking as well as i did. Breakfast quality was also great with lots of varieties. Overall its a steal deal in this price range!
