The staff waiter and cleaner must be either educated or replaced immediately.. even though Biryani is tasty, the watery wet plates, service and food being served by cleaner with dirty hands are a serious avoid hotel and unhygienic , Even Corona didn't teach any good for few dumb people.

The only reason I visited this is as it is the nearest place from Nehru zoological park (300metres) to offer mandi and we are super hungry and have no patience to search for the best place. They gave mutton shorba as complimentary and mandi costs 380/- and tastes like biryani and the sweet in the end is some qurbani ka meeta(not sure) is nice (60/-,+20 for cream) and the only reason that I'm not writing a hated review on mandi is that we are super hungry. Don't plan to go and enjoy food here, you will be disappointed unless you are starving like us who came tired from the zoo park visit.

Food is tasty but service and cleanliness is very bad. Why cleaning guy serves food with dirty hands? It's a mass and old hotel

Very bad experience at fiza banquet hall(bandlaguda) , no proper ventilation, no proper service from their waiters no proper food supply on tables, need to improve their quality of service

The place to have breakfast in the morning with the NAHARI And PAYA. You can have tea and bakery items. At lunch everyone can have biryani ( mutton biryani ,chicken biryani) Chicken 65, rumali roti ,Kabab roti, chicken tandoori, chicken manchuria. Sufficient and good parking place is available for both four wheelers and two wheelers. For dinner you can have special FIZA Mandi( chicken mandi,mutton Mandi). Take away is also available which is first come first serve. Separate section for ladies as well as gents especially for MANDI. During Ramadan, Everyone can have chicken Haleem and mutton Haleem.
