Don't know how to start describing the experience with this tour planner. Maybe from a very basic point of view. In today's world of abundant FIT possibility, you ONLY hire a tour manager beacuse you want to experience the service provided by them. You want to get the convenience of everything handed to you, because you are paying the guy to do so. But with this tour manager, the pertinent feeling was of carelessness, and indifference. Any number of query and service demands was met with utterly cold answers and indifference towards the needs of the customer. Mini transports at the time of sight seeing like e-rickshaw,auto r horse carriage fares will have to be bourne by us and they would not mention it before hand while explaining the tour details to you or at the time of taking the package cost from you. Even the last day's transfer to station was not arranged by them and we had to arrange n pay for it all by ourselves. Pathetic pathetic pathetic (did i say that thrice? Yes) meal service. You won't even believe what we were made to eat day on day. At last, I feel like I did not pay this planner to serve me, instead, he was somehow a part of my own personal tour just to make jokes. Oh, and every stay he provided, you can get it at 60% of the price he qouted you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS.
Not only FIVE STARR ......it should get a lot of star for it's level up SATISFACTION to every consumer related with or without the organisation.
