Five Elements Hotels - Gurugram ( The Claire) - Hotel in Gurugram - Gurugram, India

The experience was okay, although many items did check the correct boxes there were a few misses like 1. the toilet seat was not cleaned properly. 2. the shower area was very small and the overhead shower was not working. 3. The fan regulator was not working and the fan always ran on full speed 4. The water provided was from RO/Tap , not sealed mineral water bottles. 5. There were no mats in the room to wipe your feet. Rest the service was quick and polite and the general upkeep of the hotel was good. Roads leading upto the hotel are narrow and only one car at a time can pass, so be careful while taking your car. Even the parking space is narrow with a single side lane to park cars.

The room facilities are complete and the service are of high quality, which is very different from some express business hotels. The breakfast is very unbelievable taste, the bedding is very comfortable. It is very satisfying experience. I can stay next time too.

Very very bad rooms. They dont keep towels. There is no hot water in the taps. Whole room stinks of cigarette. The night shift receptionist did not even bother to look at the services even after complaining multiple times. Leaving a day before the scheduled check out.

First time we stay in five elements hotel. The hotel was so beautiful and location is also good. Room was neat and clean and staff was so polite. I would like to stay again

I stayed here for almost a month. My overall experience staying here was superb. The hotel is situated in a posh area of Gurgaon. The room maintenance, room cleaning, food,and overall staff behavior are excellent. Kudos to the amazing team of Zip and special recognition to Ubaid, Kundan, Arvind, and Salman. They made my stay seamless by helping me with all the best amenities and service.

Overall, my stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable, welcoming, and well-located place to stay. I look forward to returning in the future.
