Five Elements Hotels -Delhi. (Hotel North Avenue). - Hotel in New Delhi, Delhi - North, India

Went here for exam because it was close to the centre. It was not bad, but didn't feel like getting the value for price. I was told I would get breakfast in the morning, and when time came they told me it's not included. The food prices were quite high but that's normal for hotels. Luckily there are enough shops and places around for it to not be a problem. Unfortunately, most don't open until 11 am on the weekends. The bedsheets and pillows were clean but the red decorative cloth over it was quite dirty. There was a really dirty soggy rug/mat on the floor that I avoided stepping on. The sofa was also quite dirty. Bathroom was decent and clean. However it would be a problem if I was not solo since there is ample space in the bathroom door to see in from outside. For price, I recommend booking from something like MMT or some other app if you arrive early. Might make 50% of a difference. Many good places close by, so the location is the biggest advantage.

Nice location. Food was very delicious and chai too rooms were quite cozy and neat. Room service was okay okay as i was facing issue they were taking alot of time to deliver water. I have to call twice for that anyways overall experience was good.i will definitely recommend this hotel to my colleagues.

We stayed in hotel North Avenue, there all staff is very good and supportive specially Ms. Shivani mam from front office and Ganesh joshi chef both are very nyc and more supportive person in that hotel. Hotel location was very good.Rooms were very clean. Our stay was wonderful.

The hotel is centrally located near North campus. The staff is very polite & professional. The rooms are good but there is a slight room for improvement. Overall a good experience.

This hotel is located in a good locality. It is quite comfortable secure. It is safe for solo female visitors also. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The staffs are very helpful. Special mention of Shiwani maam in the reception. She is very accomodating and well versed. The complimentary breakfast bouffant was widespread and very sumptuous. Other foods are bit costly but the quantity and quality both are good. Altogether, this is a good hotel to stay. I am hoping to come back here in October 2023

I recently stayed at the hotel in Delhi and overall, I had a decent experience. While there were a few areas that could use improvement, such as uncomfortable mattresses and non-lockable bathrooms, the friendly and helpful staff and pleasant locality made up for it. One of the biggest downsides of the hotel was the mattresses, which were quite uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the bathrooms were not lockable, which was a bit of a privacy concern. However, the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. They were always available to answer any questions I had and were quick to respond to any requests or issues that arose. The locality of the hotel, Kamla Nagar, was also very nice. It was a relatively quiet and peaceful area, but still had plenty of shops, restaurants, and other amenities nearby. Overall, while there were certainly some areas that could use improvement, I would still recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Delhi.

The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The staffs are very helpful. Specialy mention of Mr Gaurav ji in the reception.Specially, he himself personally takes care of everyone's services

This review is not about all staff - This is only about Lady Receptionist which you will meet first while checking in. She is very rude and Unprofessional. I reached hotel early around 1 hour before check in time. I was asked to wait which was fine but for some reason the Lady Receptionist had some enmity with me he let others checkin who came after me. And not even ready to tell me how much time it will take. Then when I interrupted and asked her that why she is doing so then she gave me a room just behind her desk which generally no one prefers. I asked to give me another, if not ready now I will wait till check in time and she said this is only available room. And just after 5 minutes she gave me another room which was available since starting. This was done I was in my room. But I didn't understand why she did what she did. So I gave her benefit of doubt and called via landline. I asked why she behaved like this? Did she find anything wrong with me. And I asked this with very polite voice. She didn't admit her mistake not even 1% and then I said I was planning to extend but this bad behaviour is too much. She said no problem you can checkout tomorrow only. I don't know why she studied about hospitality. She shouldn't be at the reception. How can hotel owner tolerate her behaviour.
