Fitzone gym - Gym in Thanjavur - Thanjavur, India

I've been working out here for past two months, and it's been the best choice I've made. Since I'm new to the gym, I have no idea what the equipment is like, but Farid Master was very clear in his instructions, while weight lifting if any pain occurs suddenly he can able to identify and treat it as well so, its giving us a confidence to lift without any fear. I have got a sporty look within two months without any supplement. I'll give extra star for the comfort which ladies gets here. If you looking for a decent gym with a good guidance within your budget this is your go to spot.

Personal training gives you motivation to continue training. Who is training you is more important. My Coach/mentor is very personable and knowledgeable. He is gem of person with lots of knowledge about every aspects of body building when joined he gave me open challenge on my muscle/weight/stamina within 66 days he did lot. results are promising. In this gym they offers a decent variety of equipment for different workouts. The trainer is friendly and helpful when needed. Overall, it's a satisfactory place for my workout routine.

Before joining the gym, I had few expectations about how I wanted my body to look like because my body had some limitations. When I met sir for the first time, he immediately noticed and mentioned the changes that my body badly needs. I never had to say anything about what I wanted to sir as he got to know exactly what I wanted that my body needs a good "shaping" by adding few kilos, as I was looked a bit underweight because of my earlier diets. After joining, I went to the gym relentlessly and I enjoyed going to gym everyday because of its environment, it was very friendly. Sir took a good care of my workouts and diets and he was kind enough as he patiently answered to all my doubts that I ask him every day. Inspite of any of my important works for that day, I made sure that I didn't miss going to the gym for that day because of the interest I developed towards gym, and all credits goes to my master. When I decided to move back to Tanjore from Chennai, I was worried about finding a proper Fitness facility with qualified trainer. In Chennai, I was trained by seasoned certified personal trainers, who knew what needs to be done for me. I was looking for the same kind of personal trainers in Tanjore, who can come up with schedules that would keep my interest on and take care of my health without any possible injury in the future. I visited most of the Gyms in Tanjore for months to choose a perfect fitness partner. Most of the Gyms had a "good ambience",but lacked professional dedicated trainers, which was my ONLY criteria. That's when I came across Fitzone and the reviews were interesting..I went through each of the reviews in detail, as the reviews can be easily manipulated...the reviews answered most of my basic questions like personal attention, no counter sale of supplements/ medicines to bring down weight,....I got convinced and met Mr.Fareed, he patiently counseled me on what he can do and what to expect...he even answered a question from my end on a -ve review. Never in our discussion was he trying to sell, which was not the case in most of the Gyms i visited. This is my 5th month and the fitness journey is really interesting so far....each of my session is handcrafted by Master personally..there is no concept of seperate personal trainers as Master pays individual attention to each and everyone, he even knows where i would get injury, what is my limit, what I can do and what I cannot...during initial days I used to get cramps in my calf muscles along with back pain...Master would immediately work on me like a professional physiotherapist and relieve me from pain... This review is purely based on my experience, if you are looking to join a Fitness center, please don't get carried away with just ambience & marketing gimmick...talk to the trainer you will be working with...ask him all your questions and if he is knowledgeable to answer all your questions and doesn't try to sell you just PT sessions/Supplements..then you have made the right choice...if not... please ...Walk away and keep looking for a good fitness partner.
