Hi everyone!! I joined Fit Zone a month ago, This is a fantastic gym for women!! and my experience with this gym was awesome. My trainer Ms. Karthiga was an Excellent personal trainer & guided me in the right way to achieve my goal. I really like how she gives me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. She has a great knowledge of fitness & diet for all ages of women. The next point is their ambiance and equipment. Over all FIT ZONE is the best gym in Thudiyalur.

Best gym and excellent ambience for women. Especially the trainer Karthiga is friendly but very dedicated and sincere in her duty. Definitely anyone can join without any hesitation. Extremely encouraging to do more

Fitzone is an amazing place to workout and Karthika Mam is super helpful, encouraging and friendly. It's great to be able to really get stronger and have proper form in a group setting, results are amazing. The workouts are always new and engaging and Karthika Mam care about not only getting us to sweat, but also making sure that we are staying safe. Definitely recommend and encourage everyone to try it out, and you won't get disappointed.

I attended the 15 day Swimming Summer Camp for Ladies and Kids organized by Fitzone. I have always loved being in water, but was fearful of swimming. Thanks to the wonderful trainer Karthika ma'am (for her patience in teaching and answering all my questions) and Dr. Bhuvana (for her constant motivation and appreciation) I am now confident in the basics of swimming. No more fear, only the desire to lean more and practice more. Wonderfully organized camp. Best part was the punctuality that was enforced, so time is not wasted and students can spend more time practising. I will definitely recommend this to all aspiring adults who fear water/swimming. You will be in safe hands.

Me and my 6 year old kid joined summer swimming camp. It was awesome to get trained from Karthi mam. I was able to float in just a day and swim in 2 days. My son was able to swim just in 5 days.
