My experience so far has been unbelievably good. I came into the gym being underweight and anorexic and also, with no esteem whatsoever. Fortunately, I felt very welcomed by the floor trainer (Rahul Bhai). I started training under the supervision and my performance kept on proliferating every week. I now hit new PRs every week and the credit solely goes to the trainer(Rahul). The trainer (Rahul Bhai) deserves more credit than they actually get. Nevertheless, I had a great experience.
I have joined gym for a month and Rahul (gym trainer) understood the requirements, tailored the workouts as per my needs and past experiences. He ensured every single minute is being utilised adequately. Unfortunately, I need to leave to other city and whenever I will be back to my native place will join back gym definitely even for shorter duration of periods. In brief-Set the expectations with Rahul, follow the plan prepared for you and results are guaranteed.
Action speaks louder then words , the gym adequately meets the three elements of fitness that are strength, stamina and build. His determination and efforts to overcome my weakeness has helped me to achieve good strength and qualitative body goals which I experience during the field test and in sports. I'm very happy that my lack of interest about going in gym has converted into a hobby . All this happen due to the good training and positive environment, which I experienced in the gym . The trainer always look after you and it shows that he is very passionate to overcome the weaknesses of his clients.

AMAZING GYM, AMAZING WORKOUT.. The workouts are led by trainer who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and also giving good amount of encouragement. The music is awesome & the atmosphere is also very good.
One of the best gym in Jawalamukhi. Trainer always motivate all the members to achieve their goal. Thanks Rahul always motivate me to get beter and better. This is first and best experience for me With gym.

I would recommend you to specially join morning Cardio Session . 30-40 mins nothing more needed to start you day with kick .
