Awesome and cheap place to workout for gym lovers. But only extra facilities and washroom cleanliness like in others is not the same here. Cheap membership if you negotiate as compared to other gyms. I am still going here.
Good gym with all needed equipments and trainers .
Very good support staff and trainers . Gives advice whenever needed .
Have all basic equipments like trademill,bicycle,pull up machine , rope ,weight machines , yoga ball etc.
Dietitian available once a week to set diet .
Gives you proper schedule for whole week according to persons need .
One thing is needed which is special cardio machine in which you can seat relaxly and your body will vibrate . If it is available it is good for fat person .
Overall very good gym with good prize offers and trainers .
