Fitternity - Physical fitness program in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

I paid for their at home live sessions, which never happened. Was informed much later that they have discontinued the program, but for some reason its still up on their website (probably to cheat unsuspecting customers). Havent received a refund even after multiple emails. No functional customer care number. Total sham. Cheats and frauds.

I've purchased the Fitternity OnePass membership and it's the worst decision I ever made. I've been taking classes at one of the affiliate fitness centres and Fitternity does not pay them for those sessions. After multiple complaints, this issue is still not resolved. I tried calling the helpline number but it's perpetually switched off. Would definitely not recommend taking this membership.

The worst platform where they try to fleece money by putting up random names of gyms which no longer have a tie up with them. There is no customer care service and absolutely no way to reach them. They reply to your mail once in a while. No other way to get a refund apart from praying to gods that they return your money. Even gods might hear you but Fitternity customer care won't. Basically, they take your money and don't give a membership. Edit: I see that they have replied to this and are pretending like the issue has been resolved. REALITY nothing has changed. Let's see if I get a refund, they are still carrying gyms which don't have a tie-up with them. Highly considering filing a consumer complaint because there seem to be many victims.

|| Disappointing experience || - The customer support team is unreachable. You cannot reach out to them via calls (It is either switched off, or not serviceable), additionally, the team is inefficient with responding on emails (Unsure about their SLA's, but it has been 6+ days since I have received a revert on my mail) - The grievance officer's communication coordinates are not serviceable (I have sent an email there too and I received a 'Mail delivery status notification failure) - And all this pain, just to get an invoice that I have paid for.

It's been 15 days that I'm still waiting for my refund every day I call on the customer service number no response. I haven't received my 24k which is stuck because of you guys. Worst experience I ever had. I don't recommend anyone to go through this. The only option I have now is to go to their office and get my refund. And definitely putting this experience on my social media handles as well. Don't take peoples hard earned money like.

I generally don't ever leave bad reviews. But it has really been a harrowingly awful experience and hence needs to be put out here. Despite constantly trying to connect with their customer care on chat and calls, there's been absolutely zero response from their end!! What they promise, they simply don't deliver!!!

Don't waste your hard earned money. Worst customer care service experience I've ever had. They didn't respond your calls or emails after buying memberships. And forget about refunds.

It is a scam, don't fall for it. If you are thinking of taking their One Pass paying a premium amount, Beware!! They will ask you to take membership showing multiple options in the area and then after sometime these options will no longer exits. When I went back to them asking for either other options in my area or the same option which was earlier available, they gave me options which are much far away from my home and the membership value for these gyms are not be even half the price of what these guys are charging. If you do not want to go for One pass then directly walk into the gym you wish to go and believe me you will get much better deals than what you are getting here at one pass.
