Please do not buy membership from Fitternity rather negotiate with the gym directly based on the app prices. They have terrible terrible customer service. At first, in the app they had pausing membership facility, it was mentioned in the app. But when I purchased the membership they did not mention it in the mail. Hence I asked them to pause they said they can't do it as it is not mentioned in the mail. So they keep playing with you. I claimed refund but it ended up in the fitcash so I have asked them to refund the amount to my account but let's see what happens. Please avoid purchasing the memberships from here. They are pathetic in service.

This is an example of ads making money business. AMAZING offer, but when you dive deeper, oh this is paid, oh that is paid. Polished website, polished offer, but I don't think anyone is getting value by being mislead neither customers nor the fitness centres. I purchased the subscription, couldn't attend any classes, didn't like the experience, asked for refund. They replied after 1 week refund is not possible.

Be careful. I lost my money when one of the golds gym shut down prior to the yearly membership I had and the money was transferred to these guys. The gym I wanted to join was enabled and was available for 30 days. After 2 days when I tried, they had disabled all gyms except for 2 low quality ones with whom they had a tie up. They did not even refund my money. I raised a complaint with the consumer forum, while one needs to wait and see how that goes. I would stay away from these cheats. Any company that sustains itself on cheating consumers, doesn't last very long including the people. Pretty sure, karma is going to come and bite them real bad. I think its obvious from all the 1 star reviews from others also. Get the gym membership of your choice from the gym directly. Again STAY AWAY!

One of worst service they don't have tie up with any good or decent gym. Most of top gym people review r very bad so they remove tie up with Fitternity. They have mention if u r not happy we will do refund, as I don't see any good option of gym, as most of gym r cheap crowd so I ask for refund, now they say refund is only 5k but I paid 20k. All stupid and fake team. Most of team member in chat speak rude and unprofessional , all good words only till u pay20k later they don't care for u. Better don't be a Barra as it is full fake

Fitternity has the worst service record with gyms. My gym has stopped allowing members because of non-payment since January 2021. When I signed up there were multiple gyms available to use but now it's been reduced to 3. Customer care hasn't been helpful and no refund is given even though they claim to offer refunds. Even though my gym has stopped allowing members, I can still book a slot on the app only to be turned away at the gym. Please do not buy your membership through fitternity.

I took recent gym membership with fitternity for 1year.Only point i took membership through this app was REWARDS and i was specific to some rewards otherwise no use of this app(they are not giving 50% discount here),I can directly buy from GYM which i use buy earlier. After just 20+ days they are labeling couple of rewards as SOLD OUT which i feel is totally unacceptable and cheating with customers and i have not received my starter kit which is pending from last 45 days. Before buying membership i see those high demand rewards stayed for almost 1month, later i took membership after just went within 20days.Its clearly customer attraction with rewards until enrollment later they make it SOLD OUT. I dnt want rank any star for this app but without its not allowing to post review. Last answer i got is read "TERMS & CONDITIONS" .Do meaningful business guys being startup do not be cheaters like nirav modi,malya etc...

Their app is faulty, customer service has no idea.Don't waste time on offers as there are no free lunch.Their app is faulty and confusing for which I lost money and they don't even replied. Better use local connects to find an appropriate gym and for the free sessions. Deals change without prior notification and integration with gym is pathetic. Just focus on health and don't complicate with this poor app and company. Look in the image

It's a scam to rip you off They will tell they will give the rewards but it's been unclaim able from past 2 years If I reach out to the complainants team they won't respond on call And via email , a bot sends out a revert back email and then after a month I get email stating - "we are not dispatching rewards as of now yet , we will update you once we start dispatching rewards" . This has been going on on for 2 years now,I paid 2k extra (from gym price) when are we even getting rewards "RIPOFF"
