It's been 10 days now, since I started my first ever everyday-swimming experience, and I take pride in saying that I've improved my skills by leaps & bounds. All thanks to my trainer, Mr. Abhilash, who is very courteous & friendly in his approach, makes you feel at home, while also pushing you to get better everyday. Too nice to be a trainer at times. His special skill is to give nicknames for his trainees, based on ones characteristics. (Very cute of him tbh) Although this place still looks exactly like how it used to almost a decade back, they've integrated a lot more amenities. Starting with a water dispenser, to having a separate open-shower area. It's all well kept. But there are not many changing rooms, so be ready to wait in cue if you're planning to visit during busy hours. If you're a beginner, you should try to come between 6:00 - 7:00 in the morning, it's the emptiest at that time. And be punctual, they don't entertain extra time. You come late, but you leave at the same time. This is also one of the very few temperature-controlled swimming pools in Secunderabad. Since it's an indoor swimming pool, you get the added advantage of being able enjoy it in winters as well, since the atmosphere doesn't have any impact inside. Last but not least, you should know that Indoor Swimming Pool has now affiliated itself to Fitso SEALS, which is a sports organisation that offers a platform for multiple sports, across numerous cities in India, under one umbrella or simply, under one single subscription fee. It recently started in Secunderabad with swimming, they'll soon foray into badminton as well. Overall an excellent place. Love the staff members & the seamless experience.

The number provided is always either switched off or not reachable. Wanted to check if there is a separate ladies batch for swimming coaching.

Good trainers, lockers, 2 toilets and one bathroom, clean water, just need to have the place to spit off water around pool

Horrible front desk staff that treat customers like trash . also it's like a group of goons at the front desk with no uniform or ID. I went to the trial 10 minutes prior and they said come on monday, after talking more they said we talked for 10 minutes now system will not accept and when I said let's try they started making excuses

good place... good trainers... with the size was a bit better... also they need to install fans for the parents / guests... not very comfortable for the people visiting.

No complaints on staff or water cleanliness. Just that the place is poorly built. The edges of the tiles are sharp in many spots and can cut you. For a premium company offering sports facilities, i beleive things like these need to be paid close attention as they can lead to fatal incidents.

Very bad management. Very poor quality of changing rooms. It will be crowded if there 10 people. Very small space. Worst experience

I have been to Fitso Bowenpally/Kharkana branch recently. Very bad experience with the staff, They put lot of unnecessary rules in place, Which are specially applicable for those who want to take their 2 day trial. They will ensure that ur trial registration will get rejected by imposing unnecessary rules, Which were not already mentioned in the app at the time of registration. I went with an intention to buy their 1 year pack for myself and my kids but now I will not even look at Fitso for Swimming. Please mention all your rules and restrictions at the time of registration so that the swimming enthusiasts will not waste their time to travel to your center. I have been Cult center from last 3 years which is highly professional and the experience with Fitso is not 10% of that of Cult.
