BEST GYM IN KARUNAGAPPALLY. UPDATED EQUIPMENTS AND GOOD TRAINERS. AMAZING GYM, AMAZING WORKOUTS AND GREAT ATMOSPHERE. The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts.

Trainers are the best...but these wont switch on ac while working out and it is highly congested and doesnt have proper ventilation..but they will charge high amount which includes ac charges...
+ Friendly jovial Trainers, Professional, Good infrastructure - No RESPONSIBILITY: They didn't take responsibility of the "injury" happened while they trained me. (The reason I availed a PT in the first place is just because I was too afraid of injuries :-D ) - Lost TRUST: Took 6 month Personal Training pack, I was promised a "break" of my own wish while I was availing the package. But they didn't keep their word. I got knee injury out of their training & took break. After 1.5 months of my break, they simply asked I should rejoin immediately back, otherwise, the pack will simply expire with time. What made me sad is I needed a break only because of the injury out of their training. Hence I vehemently recommend NOT to take a long duration package with them. If you have no other choice, try to get a written proof from them stating about the break & all before you avail it. Better yet is to take a short course each time & see for yourself. All I say is be a bit CAUTIOUS. :) I always keep my google reviews honest & won't change.
This is a fantastic gym, One of the bests in karunagapally. Engaging and inviting environment for all skill levels. The commitment to creating a supportive and motivating community is self evident. Had some of the best times here.
This gym has gotta really good ambience. The trainers are very pleasing, helping and yeah of course knowledgeable... A perfect choice for the fitness freaks and those who really wants to be in perfect shape..
I won't recommend fitox with respect to the huge budget, but fine their result... What I was confused is, I had spent monthly 6k and my friend spent just 500 at another personal trainer in Kayamkulam.. With over 2 and half months we got the same result.. He was trained by mandahas( insta : manu_mandahas) , and I was by fitox with a personal trainer.. Thinking then y I spent extra 5500 per month.. As per my overview, result is not about 'premium gym' it's all about the trainer.. From my own experience
It's good one than athors.. becz I had gone this centre for last weak for shoulder pain .. now I have got good result and its a marvellous place to get relaxed, it will worth a shot for you

Must visit food spot in Karunagapally !! We order porotta & Malabari chilly chikken , Fried rice along with Lime Juice. Both of them are of Delicious taste and rich in content. All food items are served in Banana leaves. Presenting style is too good.
Good collection of jewelleries. However it categoried under medium size shop and cannot occupy more customers at same time. Customer friendly. Shop is highly visible since it's located in town center.
