This is a fantastic gym!! All the trainers are extremely skilled & take utmost care & interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I really like the way they give me tips & tricks to get the most out of every workout. I've been irregular and started going for a little bit but already I'm seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. It's great! I feel much younger n energetic now!!
Good place to workout with friendly trainers who are always supportive. Sumit is always cheerful and knowledge guy. Shyama helps everyone with her inputs. Few areas to improve though - new machines and if gym can be opened on Sundays also . It would really help the working people.
I recently joined this gym and I have to say that I`m very impressed! The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they make me feel comfortable and welcome every time I come in. The equipment is top-notch and always clean and well-maintained. The facility also offers a variety of classes, ranging from cardio to strength training,so there`s something for every fitness level. Overall, I`m very pleased with my experience at this gym and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to work out.

Great place to workout with great ambience . Trainers are not that minded and they guide general members as observed too. I haven't seen this in another Gym as they will not guide you unless you are under PT. I would suggest taking personal trainers
