Unfortunately very poor experience. I joined the gym for Personal Training but the trainer showed his hands that he will not be available and returned back my PT amount. Even during the couple of weeks that he was with me, the trainer was late most of the times. The gym is small and many of the equipments are not available. There is only one crossliner and that too is not powered. When asked the trainer, no power box nearby is the reason cited. Now there are no trainers during the morning hours and we have to open the gym shutter ourselves. There are much better gyms within the vicinity which provide more space and equipments.
Had my first experience of circuit classes a few weeks ago with Sarah and absolutely love it! Sarah is professional, encouraging and pushes you to your limit. She also ensures your form is correct which other coaches don't always do. I would highly recommend this class and Sarah as a coach. She is fabulous!
Awesome ambiance.... and good fitness atmosphere.... and more over trainers r unbeatable... they make us reach our fitness goal by any means.... simply must visit place for fitness freaks
