I was a member of Fitness plus for 4 months,the climate and equipment is just awesome,they have variety of equipment and plenty in quantity so even if more then 5 people are doing the same exercise you don't need to wait for your turn to do that.they also have good quality cardio equipment and good CrossFit session.

Best gym in Mira road.. Got many types of machines.. Good trainers... Air conditioner... Not too expensive... Many new equipments have arrived... One must choose this gym if he/she is looking for one.

Grt gym . Having lots of alternative machine and also fees is less compare to other gym
