Finest Gim in town to achieve your fitness goals. I have been to here for the last one year.Wonderful equipments,The trainers team is friendly and experienced. Few months back I suffered low back pain, planned to take rest for a month, But the trainer Mr.Karthik suggested me few back strengthening exercises , within a week I recovered. Kudos for having such a experienced trainer.

My trainer Mr.Rajasekar bro know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. Trainer Mr.Karthick, physio Ms.Anusha & Ms.Akshaya do their best with a smile. I used to do my routine workout every day Morning at the fitness one gym ngl. The equipment's were excellent and the Trainer ( Karthik brother) was very friendly and supporting and guiding me very well during the workout.
Clean and hygiene space for workout. Trainer Karthik and Rajshekhar had been good support! Equipment's are in good condition. Facility is with a/c but it's not mostly switched on, which should be changed! All good! Hpy workout!
The best gym in Nagercoil. Trainers with great experience. Well equipped. Reasonably priced. Adequate and efficacious training. I lost around 16kgs with the help of my trainer Shaji. He's too friendly with the clients and also so enthusiastic enough to inspire and support us. If you wanna burn fat, this is the best place in Nagercoil.
