I've been a member of Fitness Zone Gym for a while now, and it's been a pretty positive experience overall. The gym offers a decent selection of equipment, which is great!

I am a diabetes and high blood pressure patient and was on a bed rest for around a year , I joined this gym and it was one of the best decisions of my life I was not only able to improve my physical health but my mental health as well. The trainer Shabana ma'am she treats us like friends and she's wonderful at her job, the overall atmosphere here is what helps me relax.
