The trainer be very polite and hard working too. He supports fully and knows the correct techniques to proceed everyday. Boys and girls both can workout comfortably in the gym. I am very new to my exercise part but due to his support i am really working out on my body. Loved the gym with all equipments which are organised in a good manner there..
