He knows how to push me to the limit in the best way possible with workouts. The trainer who really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. I trained there for about 8months, and recently shifted to south Chennai. I really miss the place that brought out by strength. As the quote mentioned in the gym, "I walked in strong and walked out stronger". My sincere gratitude to Purshoth bro. You will not leave disappointed! I highly recommend checking this gym out.

Good gym for Body building and fitness... Overall Ambiance is very nice... Neat and Clean Rest rooms... They have lot of items for Body building and also for fitness purpose... Gym is very Spacious.. It have good parking structure for bikes... Environment is good.... They have Wonderful Equipment.. Lot of tools, good treadmill's, efx.... etc.. Affordable fee's.. It also have Rowing, cycling etc.... for fitness purpose... And for body building it is wonderful gym.... They have lot of tools we can't able to see in any other gyms.. They have latest hydraulic version high-end machines... And they also having good manual options... Steam are well designed..... Well maintained lockers....

Equipments are placed with sufficient space from one another. Work ambiance is well designed with safety factors. The trainers provides you right guidance and they are friendly to make you feel part of their family. They have awesome weight loss challenges and a great place for body builders too. You can easily get help from trainers to access if u really want to do exercise in proper way Trainers This gym has 3 trainers. As a beginner i am trained and getting training from Mr. Purushoth. Boys... You can get six packs or if u need to build ur muscle strength and endurance level u can do it with help of these three trainers. Unisex Gym I could see more comfortable space for girls and women in doing gym activity. So.... Girls don't worry.. Blindly opt this gym for your fitness.. Personal l Training If you need PT you can choose this gym.. Trainers are more efficient. They will give u advice even in your food diet. ... So just go for it....
