Very surprised by negative reviews including that about women's safety. I have been using this gym and have a long standing association with one of the main trainers, Gokul. The gym is great, very economically priced and centrally located. The equipments are very sufficient to ensure a high-quality work out. The trainer is a great and helpful guy, whom I have known for a very long time. He is earnest, well mannered, respectful and knowledgeable. Will encourage everyone looking to restart, and elevate their fitness regime to seek him out. And remember, a gym and trainer are only as good as your dedication levels permit them to be.

Though I was planning to go to gym for a long time .. I was confused where to join at last I joined VG fitness studio . It has everything one could want in a gym as well as a convenient location ,good selection and latest equipments and great trainer, Gokul sir and a friendly owner

Fully equipped AC Gym with highly professional and experienced friendly trainer, real value for money. The system they follow is excellent. based on the initial test conducted they chart out a daily schedule of the workout. Very well maintained and hygienic . The trainers hand hold you to introduce to the different equipments. Highly recommend.

Qualified trainer with 10 years of experience. Friendly. Sufficient space. Music and air conditioned. 5/5 I started my training here 4 weeks ago and so far I am really satisfied with the service. Really surprised about the bad reviews though because my mom goes here and she absolutely loves it. I see a lot of fake reviews here but trust me I have never seen any of these people in the gym. And the funny part is there are multiple accounts with the same name giving out negative reviews.

Worst gym, uncertified trainers, trainers flirt with every girl in the gym. staff asks for money from the gym members. owner of the gym is a scammer, fake promises. they loot people and dont provide services. ..

I've been to a lot of gyms in the past, but this is by far the most motivating one so far because of the guidance of the trainer Gokul. The general training that he provides is by far the best and the most tailored to your needs. Also, my co gym mates are also good.The gym is well equipped, the only thing lacking water which is because of the covid situation. So bring your own water and just rely on Gokul to give you the training you deserve. Cheers!
