It's very good to join this gym. I'm practicing and gyming here for 1 year and it has been great time with my mates. The gym provides you all the needful and you can go further with trainer they will help you a lot, but yes you should be able to follow your diet routine also otherwise there will be no fault by trainer by gym side. Fitness square will definitely make you fit
I am from Haryana, i was studying in Ukraine, but after the war my mental state was not really great, so i found out this gym. And gladly the gym is great, it really helped me cop up with the situation. The gym is well maintained, has proper equipments, the gym trainers are really supportive. The price of the gym is also very good as compared to other gyms.

Fitness Square is hands down, one of the best gyms in Kota. The trainers are extremely professional in their conduct and decorum. Their consistent support in handling of equipment, form training, and quick resolution of overall queries is remarkable. If you're a beginner like me, this is the gym to be in.
A gym is a superb place if it is managed by trainers. Trainers turned into entrepreneurs. You get maximum benefit with them in the floor . Taking care of your day to day exercises. Three trainers have opened this gym and they are really doing amazing work. With expertise in different segments,they take good care of fitness of the customers. You get a very homely feeling and you stay motivated with them around. They keep.you disciplined also. All in all a very good gym for amateur and moderate workout crowd.
