It has been almost a year for me here and I must say that my experience in the gym has been great. The owner of the gym, Somenath Sir is friendly, approachable and kind. The environment inside here is homely and people of all age groups come here to exercise. Location wise it is great and as far as the fee is concerned, it is not too heavy on the pocket either. Ideal place for students, housewives and even old people alike who might want to avail the yoga classes instead of rigorous exercise. There are group exercise sessions and group events like picnic in the winters, Hanuman Jayanti pooja in April among others. There is a trainer Mr. Amit Barik who is always helping you out with form correction, motivation to be regular and gently nudging you to outperform yourself. All in all, this is a fantastic place to be in.
