This is a fantastic gym!! Trainer(VEERU) is super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I've been going for two months as of now and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. It's great to loose some weight and burn some fat i personally recommend Fitness Plus Gym....

My first experience with (PT) and have not been disappointed! I train here nearly 3 months and find the good trainer(Anil), awesome music and participants which create a perfect workout environment. we can get good support and encouragement on your fitness journey. His effort making me weight loss is very good. I'm happy with my body change and this is the good gym to develop your body and this gym is very friendly atmosphere.

Good place for fitness and workout. Budget friendly. Trainers take atmost care while doing workout and also suggests diet depends on strength. Even my friend got good results. Good gym for men and women

Excellent place to focus on your fitness. I see good results and it boosted my confidence too. I am feeling more flexible and able to focus on my daily routine well. It brings in more positive thoughts when you do exercises and I am observing the same. The Trainer (verru Anna) is so friendly that he help and give motivate too . The pattern of workouts are soo interesting which will help us in all ways.
