Very good ambience and equipments and trainers you have choice of personal trainer and they are very cooperative and dedicated along with you to achieve your personal fitness ..! They have cardio, gym, Sx studio , kick boxing , cross circuit ,Certified trained Zumba classes , Yoga ,massage and steam bath ..!! I would strongly recommend this gym

Well equipped gym for both men and women with proper cardio section and weight training. Zumba classes held in a seperate room for women. This place has restroom facilities, appropriate changing rooms and steam bath. The trainers are good enough to guide you and plan your workouts.
I have been part of this gym for last 2 months and continuing here. It has been one of the best decisions to join a gym and especially this one. Gym is pretty well equipped and it is more of how good the trainers help us out here. I went for fitness and could see pretty good improvement in my last review. Lost near to 6 Kgs of fat and that too not fully following the prescribed diet fully. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good gym.
