I have been to 2-3 gyms in the area and this is by far the best Gym among all providing facilities that no other gym in the area provides and that too and such an attractive price. Gym has strength training, cardio, zumba, yoga, crossfit. The indoor area is all air conditioned and well ventilated. It is not cramped like other gyms There are also toilet, bathroom and changing rooms for men and women seperately and are kept in completely clean and hygienic conditions. There is drinking water cooler which dispenses hot, cold and normal water as per need. The gym is taken care of by 3 amazing and wonderful trainers one of which is the owner( Mr Praveen) and a helper who constantly cleans and organizes the equipments and bathrooms to keep everything tidy clean and smelling good. In addition to the gym membership you can also hire personal trainer if you are a beginner and want to speed up your transformation with the right exercises, postures and diets. This gym is quite safe and popular among women too. Everyone is very respectful of each other regardless of men women beginner or a professional body builder. There are zumba classes which I believe happens 2-3 times a week 2 times a day and sees a high women turnout. This gym provides a 2 day free trial. So when visiting the gym also avail the 2 days free trial and then you can decide better. I worked with Pratap, he is an amazing and friendly trainer but also gets strict when required during exercises. Highly recommend this gym to anyone.

Very very nice experience with the place. They helped to get in shape and very very friendly people and very helpful. Most recommended spot for gymnastics in sector 48 Noida area. I have great time here working out.

Open and spacious gym with seperate cardio area. They have experienced trainer like Vishal and Pratap who teaches you different form of exercises, reps and sets to follow. Highly recommended for beginners who are in need of guidance and are serious about body building. Though it is a bit costly, but it wouldn't be wrong to say that this is the best gym in sector-48
