The staff at the gym are friendly and helpful. They are always available to assist with any questions or provide guidance on exercises and proper form.The gym has a motivating atmosphere that keeps me motivated to push myself harder during my workouts. With its renovated look, the gym is one of the best gym in Paschim Vihar. Equipped with best In class gym machines and equipment and ambience. The gym trainer, Ayush, is one the best trainer I have ever met who takes personal interest while you exercise, not like the others who don't care about you unless you take personal training from them. I have known him since 2019 and he has also been my PT. He is very deciplined, deligent and meticulous, any malfunctioning of machines is immediately repaired and everyone properly reracks the weights after use and the gym atmosphere speaks for that. I have been working out in current gym since 7 months and I love working out here except the ugly WWF fight which is played daily on one of the TV screen. I highly recommend fitness overload gym to anyone who is looking for a great gym with a genuine trainer at a reasonable cost.
