FITNESS ONE PEELAMEDU is an amazing place to workout and the staff is super helpful, encouraging, and friendly. Their group classes are challenging and fun they focus on strength training more than group classes I've tried which I love. It's great to be able to really get stronger and have proper form in a group setting, while still getting that cardio in. Convenience at its finest. A special shout out to one of the trainers LOGESH.He's always been very welcoming, kind and generous.

I have joined the gym in the month of August giving this review after 2 months first of all i don't have any idea for going to gym joined with a group of friends and there gym management appointed a trainer Mr.sugendar anna character of this man is just wow and so friendly other trainer Anna's also so friendly that they will guide you with a smiling face equipments in gym are in good condition and it is fully air-conditioned and with a big workout area for group workouts group workouts conducted by trainers are so effective and felt difference in body weight after a month of joining adding images of gym for reference and it is located in main road of masakalipalayam

Best gym in the city with sufficient equipments and having a good plans for the price . Trainer Logesh is a best trainer . For past 2 months he trained me well and gave some useful tips.
