A better place to gym. The gym has maximum equipments avialable in addition to it a knowledgable and good trainer but you to break the ice first. Value for money, a better gym at reasonable price. Yes some equipments are little older but it doesnot bother training much.

Good environment in gym.. machine is also in excellent condition and main thing owner behaviour is very humble and good nature. They give you proper knowledge of you diet and techniques of excerise. I have gain my weight before lockdown 46kg to 58kg in just 3 month. And after lockdown my weight still same.
