The Gym is well equipped. The personal training is the best. The trainer is knowledgeable of what she is making us do and also the diet that we have to follow. She is amiable but when it comes to the workout she is pro and very focused on each trainee she has. Over all best place for workout and meditations that we have weekly once.
When i first came, i was very apprehensive about the gym and my workouts. But the primary trainer is an absolute professional, with genuine interest in the wellbeing of others. The place may not have all the equipment when compared to commercial gyms, but you would not even miss it! The trainers ensure you use your own body weight and push you to do your best, customising the workouts based on each person's body type, capacity, pain threshold and regularity. My own experience has been great and I've seen a big difference in my physical and mental well-being in just over 4 months of my time attending. Would definitely recommend it to others, especially to those who want to start taking their physical fitness seriously. Kudos!
Neha is very experienced at training and is a very friendly person! Her personalized routines are very challenging and work wonders! As a trainer, I love how she is always pushing me and also sends motivating good morning messages that will make you get off your bed and come to gym in the morning!
Am super glad to have found such a Motivating and Cool gym in Yapral. Neha Khan is an amazing trainer, understanding each person's strength and weakness , she trains and advises appropriate diet plans. She is very encouraging and pushes her clients to do BETTER ... and she does a constant follow up with her clients especially the lazy ones like me.. I may have joined it for a physical activity, but I thoroughly enjoy her work out and would recommend everyone for the same..
