I visited almost 3 gym near by sector 15. But I foindfitnesa myantra is the best gym. I lost 16 kg weight in just 50 days and ace I've my fitness goal almost. Trainers are dedicated in the gym and Aryan is always available to sort out am gym related issue. 100 safe and clean environment for girls.
Well maintained gym as a girl we have many issues regarding first time going to gym but after going there I feel very secured because of good trainers as Noor sir, Manish sir both are very well trained and qualified trainers so with no compromise my rating is obviously 5*.
Gym never open on time in morning, have to call twice thrice to gym care taker Rahul to open. IT'S a decent gym at reasonable price. But I prefer early morning timing only i.e between 5:00am to 5:45am. Not good for me. This gym open after 6:00am after too many calls.

Have been to this gym, for 4 months + , from my personal experience one of the best gym in that area...ventilation and ambience is very good.. Pradeep bhaiya ( Gym owner/ trainer) is very humble person and well experienced in his field.
