Ok! Sharing my unfiltered opinion here... I joined the gym in September '23 and now it's Nov '23... It's been 3 months and i have lost 3 kgs in total ... I LOVE GOING TO THE GYM.
Trainers are very good and will help you beyond possible. They will guide you throughout the session. And correct your posture if you do it wrong. will help you with warm up exercises and stretching afterwards.

used to do my routine workout every day evening at the fitness Myntra. The equipment's were excellent and the Trainer (Nikhil )was very friendly and supporting and guiding me during the workout.

I used to work out at this gym about 4 years back and joined here recently. I'm taking Personal Training from Nikhil at the Nibm branch and he is extremely helpful, always there to guide me. I'm really enjoying this experience again.
I have been a member for almost 2 years now. Earlier it was good but the equipment are not maintained properly. Bench cushion are torned and need replacement. The bars alignment is not correct it came as a surprise to me recently when i measured them. Few trainers are good and helpful. The rubber matting needs replacement as the rubber is coming off. The equipment make lot of noise. The owner doesn't seem to take interest in this branch. Also there is no generator back up if there is a power failure.
One among the best gyms in town, kudos to vishal sir and team for ensuring consistency in clients. One never gets bored of the workouts here

Nice gym with well equipped facilities and hygienic.. currently training under Nikhil sir, one of the best trainers in Fitness Mantra.. always motivating and encouraging to do workout... he has good knowledge of fitness and trains according to ur body type..
It's been a month since I've joined and I can see a lot of improvement. Trainer Nikhil has been very supportive so far and I'll continue my fitness journey with fitness mantra because of him.
The gym is clean and someone's always around to keep the used equipments clean.
It's open throughout the day and closed only on sundays which gives the flexibility to workout at any time.
