The trainer is good for nothing. Doesn't pay any attention at all. The machines are good but the trainer is not. Total waste of money. Both male and female trainers are neither well educated nor well mannered. They'll tell you any vague exercises if asked. Take everyone for granted. P.S: i won't recommend this gym to anyone, especially to beginners.
One of the best unisex gym in Daryaganj with maintained equipments. All the equipments and area are always clean. Corona protocols has been followed.
